Twitter - Another reason I love you

March 21st, 2009

This morning started out like other Saturday mornings, got my coffee and breakfast and headed over to Twitter to catch up on Tweets.

Then @Keithgoodrum, @jeffherring, @feliciaslattery and @stuarttan started tweeting about writing 100 articles in 100 days.  I was intrigued and wanted to join in on the fun. Then a hashtag was created for the “challenge”.  Now it’s #HAHD, which stands for Hundred Articles In A Hundred Days. Ok.  Cool.

I wrote and submitted my first article for the challenge to Ezinearticles.com.

Then I used the Twitter Search stream to see who else was jumping on board the challenge.  Lo and behold the people in my previous tweet had jumped on board.

In a matter of just two hours the hundred article in a hundred day challenge has gone from a random tweet, to a real challenge.  Then it struck me that there should be a place on the web where challengers could find updates on the challenge.

Who knows what updates?  I hear that @jeffherring is going to hold a teleseminar.  I’ll update and post a link when I get details.

Maybe there could also be some cool prizes donated.  Hmmm.

The coolest thing is that everyone who participates - wins.

Why?

Because you’ll have 100 new articles out there working for you and who knows what could come from that?

Stay tuned.
